Individual housing may decrease but construction of condominiums, apartment buildings, and office suites will continue to rise to accommodate the population increase and the nine to five jobs decrease. Civil construction companies do not seem to have been affected by a bad economy as highways, bridges and other items will always be in demand. If you see a building or home being built, check back later and get feedback from the owners once they have moved in, this will help you to know whether the contractor was as good as he promised to be.
